Important Information
Booking conditions:
A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation and the balance is payable on arrival.
Rates include:
Exclusive access to trout dams and fynbos mountain, bed linen, bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, fire lighters, braai grids, candles, hot water bottles, kitchen cleaning essentials, 14% Vat.

Cleaning Service:
The Lodge and Villa may be serviced during your stay by prior arrangement. Please enquire.
Trout Fishing:
Fish are charged at R70 per kg.
Firewood:
Wood is available for purchase at R35 per crate.
Please remember to bring:
Swimming towels, fly fishing equipment, your own Mountain bikes, food and beverages.
We do not allow: pets, shooting or quad/motor bikes
Check-in Times:
Check-in time is after 2pm
Check-out time is 10.30am (Sundays are more flexible)
All notification of cancellation must be delivered in writing.
- If you cancel more than 90 days prior to commencement of the booking the deposit shall be refunded by Black Eagle Lodges in full, less a R150 administration fee.
- If you cancel 60 to 90 days prior to commencement of the booking, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited
- If you cancel 45 to 60 days prior to commencement of the booking, 75% of the deposit will be forfeited
- If you cancel less than 45 days prior to commencement of the booking, the deposit will be forfeited
- If you cancel less than 14 days prior to commencement of the booking you will also be liable for the full rental amount.
